Following a jury trial in the district court for Lancaster County, Donald P. Sanders was convicted of first degree sexual assault and procuring alcohol for a minor. Sanders was sentenced to 5 years' probation on the sexual assault conviction and 90 days in jail and a $500 fine on the alcohol conviction.
