Following the district court's1 denial of their joint motion to suppress evidence, Augustin Lopez-Rodriguez conditionally pleaded guilty to Possessing with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) & (b)(1)(A) (2000), and Janice Marie Bagley conditionally pleaded guilty to Maintaining a Drug House in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 856
