SABERS, Justice.

[¶ 1.] Ronald and Ranae Larsen (Larsen) filed a Motion to Set Aside a Judgment on a real estate foreclosure action, claiming that Thomas Walsh (Walsh) failed to abide by mandatory mediation requirements of South Dakota law. The trial court denied the motion. Larsen appeals. We affirm.
