OPINION

DAVIS, Judge:

¶ 1 Plaintiff-counterclaim defendant Joel Sill appeals from a final judgment and award of prejudgment interest, attorney fees, and court costs in favor of Defendant-counter-claimant Bill Hart. We reverse and remand.
