This matter comes before this court on remand from a supervisory and/or remedial writ from the Louisiana Supreme Court. At issue is the trial court's ruling of December 14, 2004, which set aside its earlier Order of October 6, 2004, that dismissed the plaintiffs' suit against defendants BASF Corporation and Phil C. Greeson. As a result of the trial court's December 14, 2004 ruling, the plaintiffs' action against said defendants was reinstated. Defendants...
