Amos D. Evans, Sr. appeals the summary denial of his motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Evans was tried and convicted of unlawful sexual activity with a minor and sentenced as a prison releasee reoffender (PRR) to fifteen years in prison. His conviction was affirmed on appeal.
