Donald Storer pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B). The District Court determined that Storer had a prior conviction involving the sexual abuse of a minor and sentenced Storer to 240 months' imprisonment, the maximum sentence under 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(b)(2).
