Plaintiffs, Ray Oden Youngblood, James Dee Youngblood, III, and Mary Anne Youngblood Shemwell, filed this lawsuit for a declaratory judgment. Rosedale Development Company, LLC ("Rosedale"), was named as defendant. Defendant's predecessors purchased 15 acres out of an undeveloped 363-acre tract from plaintiffs.
