The government indicted Cyril Steve Plumman (Plumman), a Native American residing within the territory of the Rosebud Indian Reservation, with seven counts of aggravated sexual abuse of two minor females and with ten additional counts of sexual abuse of two minor females, in violations of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1153, 2241(c), 2246(2)(A)-(D).
