James E. Allen appeals from his convictions following a jury trial and his sentence imposed by the Superior Court as an habitual offender. Allen raises three arguments in support of his direct appeal. He first argues that the trial court abused its discretion by admitting into evidence a certified copy of a co-defendant's guilty plea agreement without live testimony from that co-defendant.
