¶ 1 Ratilal and Lalita Shah appeal the trial court's dismissal of their case on summary judgment. The Shahs bought property, obtained a loan from Washington Mutual Bank (Washington Mutual) to pay for the property, and then obtained insurance on the property from Jerry Ljunggren, an agent with Allstate Insurance Company.
