Scottie Mack appeals an order denying his motion to correct illegal sentence under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a).

We affirm the denial of the claim of defendant-appellant Mack under Apprendi v. New Jersey, 530 U.S. 466, 120 S.Ct. 2348, 147 L.Ed.2d 435 (2000). The Apprendi decision does not apply to sentences under Florida's prison releasee reoffender statute. See Gudinas v. State,<...
