In this action to enforce a construction lien through foreclosure, plaintiff DLF Trucking Inc. appeals as of right the trial court's order granting summary disposition in favor of defendants Steven and Lisa Bach. By delayed leave granted, defendant ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc. (ABN AMRO), cross-appeals from this same order, challenging the trial court's denial of its motion for summary disposition.1 We affirm in part and reverse...
