In this civil action for monetary relief, plaintiff William Parus contends that defendant Andrew Cator illegally obtained plaintiffs personal information from the Department of Motor Vehicles database and defendant Thomas Kroeplin illegally obtained and disclosed the same information in violation of the Driver's Privacy Protection Act of 1994, 18 U.S.C. § 2721....
