¶ 1 Appellant Razzaaq Miller appeals the judgment of sentence entered July 29, 2004, in the Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County. Appellant presents on appeal the issue of whether the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence as a result of an unlawful seizure.
