On December 22, 2004, formal charges containing one count were filed by the office of the Counsel for Discipline of the Nebraska Supreme Court, relator, against Baiba D. Simmons, respondent. Respondent's answer disputed certain of the allegations. A referee was appointed. On April 13, 2005, the referee's hearing was held on the charges.
