Defendant, Artis Burks, was indicted by a grand jury on March 14, 2002 and charged with aggravated rape, molestation of a juvenile, aggravated crimes against nature, forcible rape, and aggravated incest in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:42, 14:81.2, 14:89.1, 14:42.1, and 14:78.1 respectively.
