ADELMAN, District Judge.

Plaintiff Laurie Bembenek brings this action for damages under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging that Milwaukee County Deputy District Attorney Robert D. Donohoo, state crime lab firearms identification examiner Monty Lutz and micro-serology analyst Diane Hanson, in their individual capacities, violated her right to due process in connection with a homicide case in which she was the defendant.
