Plaintiff brings a cause of action against the U.S. Attorney General.1 Plaintiff alleges that his former supervisor at the FBI discriminated against Plaintiff in retaliation for Plaintiff's complaints that this supervisor treated Plaintiff in a racially discriminatory manner with respect to the discharge of Plaintiff's duties for a particular FBI program.
