An insurance company's refusal to honor a claim for damages to a borrowed car gives rise to this dispute. In February 1991, North American Auto Sales and Leasing (North American), a fictitious business entity of Providence Auto Body, Inc., loaned a 1984 Rolls Royce to the plaintiff, John H.
