A jury found Peter Noe guilty of conspiring to distribute methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(b)(1)(A), 846, and 851, and conspiring to distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(b)(1)(B), 846, and 851. Noe was tried jointly with Timothy Schultz, who was found by the jury to be guilty of conspiring to distribute methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(b)(1)(A) and 846, and possession...
