Justice FLAHERTY, for the Court.

The defendant, Mark D. Sampson, appeals the Superior Court's judgment following a probation violation hearing. As grounds for this appeal, Sampson argues that the hearing justice erred when he denied a request for a continuance to secure new counsel, that the hearing justice should have recused, and that it was improper for the hearing justice to order Sampson to serve three years of his previously suspended sentence...
