This case arises from a disputed claim for workers' compensation benefits between the plaintiff and his employer. The Office of Workers' Compensation ("OWC"), District 1W, Elizabeth Warren presiding, found that plaintiff had committed fraud in violation of La. R.S. 23:1208 and granted defendants' motion for involuntary dismissal.
