George Roger Lee appeals the decision of the district court1 granting summary judgment to Rheem Manufacturing Company ("Rheem") on Lee's claim under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634. For the reasons stated below, we affirm.
