Aldhelm, Inc., the delinquent taxpayer, appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Schuylkill County (trial court) dismissing its objections to the sale of its property at an upset sale. The trial court did so because it found that the notice requirements under the Real Estate Tax Sale Law1 had been satisfied notwithstanding the one-letter error in the spelling of the taxpayer's name in each notice...
