David Lloyd Hofecker ("plaintiff") appeals the trial court order granting summary judgment in favor of Jonathan Cooper Casperson ("Jonathan") and Gary Jay Casperson ("Gary") (collectively, "defendants"). For the reasons discussed herein, we affirm in part and reverse in part.
