In this eminent domain case, Causeway Vista, Inc., raises twelve issues, six relating to the Order of Taking that resulted from the bench trial on the issue of condemnation and six relating to the subsequent jury trial on the issue of full compensation. We affirm the Order of Taking and five of the six issues arising from the jury trial without further comment.
