Juan Carrillo-Beltran (Carrillo-Beltran) pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute more than one kilogram of heroin, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The district court1 sentenced Carrillo-Beltran to 120 months' imprisonment and 5 years' supervised release.
