Paul Delatorre and Frederick Dietz each pleaded guilty to one count of conspiring to possess and distribute MDMA, commonly known as ecstasy, see 21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 841(a)(1), and were sentenced to 180 and 60 months' imprisonment respectively.
