Anthony Warnick appeals the district court's denial of his application for habeas corpus relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2241.

While serving the second of two consecutive sentences, Mr. Warnick requested a review of his first sentence. He thought that the state had improperly subtracted 155 good-time credits — which, by statute, substitute for one day of imprisonment each.
