Plaintiff Corbond Corporation contends that defendant Core Form, Inc. infringes its trademark, dilutes its trademark and unfairly competes in violation of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1114, 1125 and unfairly competes in the marketplace in violation of Wis.
