Plaintiff-Appellant Electrolux Home Products ("Electrolux") appeals the district court's1 denial of its motion for summary judgment on a claim to vacate an industrial arbitration award. Electrolux also appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendant-appellees on a claim for enforcement of the arbitration award. We affirm.
