¶ 1 Cosmopolitan Engineering Group, Inc., (Cosmopolitan) appeals the trial court's (1) refusal to award attorney fees against both Ondeo Degremont, Inc. (Ondeo) and its surety bond under RCW 18.27.040(6); (2) denial of prejudgment interest on the jury's damages award to Cosmopolitan for its unpaid fees by Ondeo; and (3) summary dismissal of its materialmen's lien claim.
