Carla Rodgers ("Rodgers") appeals the decision of the district court1 granting summary judgment to U.S. Bank, N.A. ("U.S.Bank"), on her claims of employment discrimination based on race under 42 U.S.C. § 1981, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the Missouri Human Rights Act.
