¶ 1. On January 22, 2002, Justin Lenard Spencer pled guilty to robbery with a deadly weapon and was sentenced to serve twenty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Also on January 22, 2002, Spencer pled guilty to accessory after the fact to grand larceny and was sentenced to serve five years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. These two sentences were ordered to run concurrently....
