Carnes Company, a Wisconsin-based manufacturer of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning ("HVAC") equipment, entered into an agreement to sell "energy recovery units" to Stone Creek Mechanical for use in a Pennsylvania HVAC project on which Stone Creek was the general mechanical contractor.
