CALABRIA, Judge.

Chang Yang ("defendant") appeals from judgments entered on jury verdicts of guilty of two counts of attempted voluntary manslaughter, one count of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, and one count of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury with intent to kill. We find no error in part, remand in part, and grant defendant a new trial in part.
