Plaintiff Isaac Martinez was employed by defendant Abbott Laboratories ("Abbott") from 1980 until his termination on May 1, 1995. Mr. Martinez is of Filipino national origin. During the time relevant to his claims, Mr. Martinez worked as a senior solutions operator for Abbott.
