Following a bench trial, defendant Clinton Jackson was convicted of distributing harmful materials to a minor in violation of section 11-21 of the Criminal Code of 1961 (720 ILCS 5/11-21 (West 2000)), and sentenced to six months in the Cook County Department of Corrections.
