This appeal is factually related to, and the outcome is governed by, our decision in Cayer Enterprises, Inc. v. DiMasi, 84 Conn.App. 190, 852 A.2d 758 (2004).

In early 2000, the plaintiff Cayer Enterprises, Inc. (Enterprises), became the tenant by a sublease of certain property owned by Peter A. DiMasi. Enterprises and the plaintiff David Cayer alleged that later in 2000 the defendants, Matthew Komertz and Drew Culhane...
