Thomas Schaffhausen ("Schaffhausen") brought this suit against the Bank of America ("BOA") and three credit reporting agencies ("CRAs") — Experian, CSC, and Equifax1 — alleging that they inaccurately reported his BOA account and failed to reinvestigate his dispute in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA"). 15 U.S.C. §§ 1681, et seq....
