The plaintiff, Christopher Bryant, appealed the judgment dismissing his action for damages with prejudice and at his costs. The trial court found that Bryant was 100% at fault in causing the collision. Both vehicles were traveling west on the two-lane highway with a posted speed of 55 mph in Tensas Parish.
