A jury convicted Defendant Gerardo Corchado on two counts of distributing less than 100 grams of heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and one count of using a minor to commit a drug offense in violation of 21 U.S.C §§ 861(a)(1) and (b).
