Christine Madrigal appeals from an order of the District Court1 granting summary judgment in favor of Kline Oldsmobile, Inc., on Madrigal's claim that Kline violated the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA or Act) by failing to properly notify her of its reasons for taking adverse action on her application for credit. We affirm.
