BENTON, Judge.

Thomas W. Bomar appeals from a final decree of divorce. He contends the trial judge erred in (1) ordering the transfer of the marital residence to Ava W. Bomar, his wife, while he remained obligated to pay the mortgage, (2) refusing to order the sale of the marital residence, and (3) fixing the amount of spousal support. We reverse the portion of the decree concerning the marital residence and remand for reconsideration, and we affirm the award of spousal...
