Rosalind Furlow, individually and on behalf of the estate of Hazel White, appealed the judgment granting the defendant nursing home's exception of prematurity and dismissing her action for damages arising out of alleged violations of the Nursing Home Residents Bill of Rights Act ("NHRBRA"). For the reasons set forth below and in conformity with this court's recent opinions,1 the judgment is reversed in part and the matter remanded...
