OPINION BY POPOVICH, J.:

¶ 1 Appellants Cable & Associates Insurance Agency, Inc., and Paul D. Cable appeal the order entered on August 3, 2004, in the Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County, that sustained the preliminary objections filed by Appellee Commercial National Bank of Pennsylvania and dismissed Appellants' complaint.
