Herb Lewis appeals from three adverse decisions in this dispossessory action: the order of March 23, 2003, dismissing his counterclaim; the writ of possession; and the "final judgment on all remaining issues." The record shows that Charles Carscallen filed the underlying action in the State Court of DeKalb County against Lewis to eject him from Carscallen's property in September 2002.
