MURPHY, Circuit Judge.

Delano Koski was charged with four counts of mailing threatening communications. A jury found him not guilty on Count I but guilty on the others. He appeals, contending that the district court1 abused its discretion by admitting evidence of a prior conviction for mailing threatening communications and that there was insufficient evidence for one of the counts of which he was convicted.
