Appellant C. Rabon Martin, an attorney appearing pro se, appeals the order entered by the district court on November 25, 2003 denying his supplemented application for reinstatement to the bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma. Our jurisdiction arises under 28 U.S.C. § 1291. We affirm.*
